Shipping Methods:

All items will be shipped using Canada Post (expedited within Canada, and air or ground outside of Canada), unless you have arranged a different method through contacting me. Shipping insurance is available, should you choose to purchase it. I can not be responsible for lost or damaged items that are not insured. If you need an item by a certain time, I will be happy to send it Express at your expense.

Refund and Exchange Policy:

My goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! I take time to carefully photograph and describe each and every item. I am happy to answer any questions you may have prior to your purchase. If not fully satisfied please return undamaged, unwashed, and unworn article to me within 7 days of receiving the item. Please explain reason for dissatisfaction. A refund of the item cost minus shipping will be given once item is returned. All sale are final on personal, custom orders.

Sewing Environment:

All items are sewn in a smoke free and pet free house.  Fabric is preshrunk using unscented Tide soap and unscented Bounce Sheets. All items are handmade with fabric typically sourced from small Canadian fabric shops.
